New Appointment - Account Manager

Published by Health Metrics, February 23rd, 2024

We’re delighted to announce Kale Hocking has joined Health Metrics in the role of Account Manager. Kale will be focused on building strong relationships with our customers to ensure they fully optimise their investment in our eCase software platform.

Kale has more than 12 years senior account management and customer service experience and has focused his career within the not-for-profit sector working for MDA National, a provider of professional services for medical organisations. During his time at MDA National, Kale managed complex stakeholder relationships to continually improve the customer experience and ensure positive customer outcomes.

Kale commented: “It’s a very exciting time to join the aged care sector with such a significant focus on change and improvement across the industry. As a market leading software platform eCase is very well positioned to support these improvements and I’m looking forward to working with our customers to help them deliver better quality outcomes for both staff and residents.”

Away from the office Kale leads an active outdoors lifestyle and enjoys paddle-boarding, hiking, skiing and cycling. He has a long wish-list of travel destinations to tick-off – his favourite destination so far is Greece and next on his list to explore further is Spain, in particular the Mallorca islands.

Paul Brindle, CEO Health Metrics commented: “We’re very pleased to have someone with Kale’s exceptional account management skills join our business. This is a newly created role driven by our recent business growth and Kale will play a pivotal role in helping our customers take full advantage of our eCase software platform.”
